25 year old, Herzlia born,Oren Lahav is the fervent mind behind Jay Walk Snail.
These days Oren lives in London where he recorded his new album (with his girlfriend, Hagit Krakowsky). "A combination of charming soft guitar lines, melancholic melodies and warm synth sounds that create a sad, peaceful autumnal feel . . ." (as described by the artist). J Walk's short, moving pop songs recall the heartbreaking simplicity of the Magnetic Fields, Grandaddy, Tobin Sprout and East River Pipe, among others… and don't fall short of some of these artists' finest music (we mean it!)
